Season the Salmon Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels so they get crispy when cooked.
Add the salmon to a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until the seasoning coats every piece of salmon evenly.
Cook the Salmon Choose your preferred method:
Air Fryer:
Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange salmon in a single layer and cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Oven:
Preheat to 425°F (220°C).
Spread salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12–14 minutes.
Stovetop:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil.
Sear salmon on all sides until lightly crisp and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
Mix the Bang Bang Sauce In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
Taste and adjust the spice or sweetness as needed.
Toss & Serve Add the warm salmon bites to a bowl.
Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the top and gently toss to coat.
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or cilantro.
Serve immediately.
