Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced or roasted
  • 2 tbsp blueberry jam
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the garlic

  • Roast the garlic at 400°F for 20 minutes for a milder flavor or use fresh minced garlic for a more intense taste.

Combine the mayonnaise and garlic

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and garlic until smooth.

Add blueberry jam

  • Gently fold in the blueberry jam until fully incorporated.

Balance with lemon and seasoning

  • Stir in lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Add cayenne if you want some heat.

Chill and serve

  • Let the aioli rest in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
