Prep the Dish

Layer Tater Tots

  • Add tater tots in a single, even layer across the bottom of your dish.

Add Meat & Veggies

  • Sprinkle cooked sausage (or bacon/ham) evenly over the tots. Add optional vegetables if using.

Mix Egg Custard

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cheese.

Pour & Top

  • Pour the egg mixture over the casserole. Add extra cheese on top if desired.

Bake
