Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie or boiled
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce adjust to spice level
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • pickles, jalapeños, coleslaw, or blue cheese crumbles

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Chicken: In a large bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  • Assemble Sliders: Slice slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread chicken evenly over the buns, drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Top and Bake: Place the top halves of buns over the chicken mixture. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  • Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  • Serve: Slice into individual sliders and serve warm with extra buffalo sauce or dressing on the side.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
  • Cover loosely with foil if buns brown too quickly while baking.
  • Assemble ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • Freeze unbaked sliders for up to 2 months and bake straight from frozen (add 10 minutes).
