  • In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and anchovies if using. Whisk until the dressing becomes smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Salad

  • Add the chopped romaine lettuce to a large bowl. Pour the Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss gently until the leaves are evenly coated.

Add Toppings

  • Add croutons and grated parmesan cheese. Toss lightly to combine.

Serve
