  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the cooked chicken evenly across the bottom of the dish. Top with chopped ham, then sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking until smooth.
  • Add Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken and ham mixture.
  • In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
