This creamy chicken linguine is a comforting pasta dish made with tender chicken, silky linguine noodles, and a rich, flavorful sauce. It’s quick enough for weeknights but elegant enough to serve for special occasions.
Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Chicken: Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add butter, onion, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth and let simmer for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Combine: Return chicken to the skillet, then add the cooked linguine. Toss well until pasta is coated in sauce.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan. Serve warm.
