  • Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes. Grill or pan-sear until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
  • Cook the Rice: Prepare rice according to package directions. Fluff with a fork and season lightly.
  • Make the Tzatziki Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Chill until ready to use.
  • Assemble the Bowl: Place rice as the base in each bowl. Add chicken slices on top. Arrange toppings such as tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and olives. Drizzle generously with tzatziki sauce. Finish with crumbled feta and serve immediately.
