Prepare the Chipotle Ranch

  • In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic powder.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less chipotle as desired.
  • Chill until ready to use.

Season and Grill the Chicken

  • Toss sliced chicken with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  • Warm tortillas to make rolling easier.

  • Drizzle generously with chipotle ranch sauce.
  • Roll tightly into a burrito.
