1 cup unsalted butter melted 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped Salt and black pepper to taste Optional Add-Ins: Fresh thyme or rosemary A splash of hot sauce for extra heat 1 tbsp honey for sweet-spicy flavor
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
