Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary
  • A splash of hot sauce for extra heat
  • 1 tbsp honey for sweet-spicy flavor

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley and chives.
  • Serve warm as a dipping sauce or refrigerate for a spreadable compound butter.
