This creamy garlic shrimp pasta is a rich and flavorful dish that’s ready in under 30 minutes. Juicy shrimp are tossed in a silky garlic-Parmesan cream sauce with perfectly cooked pasta. It’s a restaurant-quality meal made easily at home — perfect for busy weeknights or romantic dinners.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.
Sear the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
