The Salmon Bites: 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces ½ cup all-purpose flour ½ cup cornmeal optional for extra crunch 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper 2 large eggs beaten Vegetable oil for frying The Optional Dipping Sauce: ½ cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp hot sauce optional for heat
