  • Roast for 8–10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and slightly golden around the edges.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Don’t overcook the shrimp; they become rubbery quickly.
