Ingredients
  

Base Dough:

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or 2% recommended
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup almond flour or oat flour
  • ¼ tsp salt

Optional Mix-Ins:

  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • Dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp crushed pretzels sprinkles, or chopped nuts

Instructions
 

Mix Wet Ingredients:

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients:

  • Stir in the almond flour and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms. Adjust with more flour if too wet, or a splash of milk if too dry.

Fold in Mix-Ins:

  • Gently stir in chocolate chips or any other add-ins you like.

Chill (Optional):

  • For a firmer texture, chill the dough in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.

Serve:

  • Scoop and enjoy by the spoonful, roll into bites, or use as a topping for fruit, smoothies, or yogurt bowls.
