  • 4 cups mixed greens baby spinach, arugula, or kale
  • 2 crisp apples thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Fuji)
  • ¼ cup walnuts or pecans chopped
  • cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries or pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion

For the Dressing

  • Prepare Ingredients: Wash and dry your greens thoroughly. Thinly slice apples — leave the peel for added color and texture.
