In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and coat well. Let marinate for at least 20–30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Option: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
Make the Feta Sauce:
In a blender or bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), olive oil, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Blend or mash until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water if you want a thinner consistency.
Assemble:
Spread the feta sauce onto a plate or bowl. Add sliced chicken on top. Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with parsley and chili flakes.
Serve:
Pair with rice, roasted veggies, warm pita bread, or a simple salad.
Notes
Marinate longer (up to 4 hours) for deeper flavor.
Use high-quality Greek feta for the creamiest sauce.
Adjust honey or chili flakes to balance sweetness or heat.
