  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  • Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Lay a keto tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Add a layer of seasoned beef in the center of the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
  • Add lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and taco sauce.
  • Fold the tortilla edges toward the center to form a hexagon shape.
  • Place the wrap seam-side down in a hot skillet.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy, then flip and toast the other side.
  • Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the tortilla or the wrap may open while cooking.
  • Cooking seam-side down first helps seal the crunchwrap.
  • Reheat leftovers in a skillet or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
