Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Lay a keto tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Add a layer of seasoned beef in the center of the tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
Add lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and taco sauce.
Fold the tortilla edges toward the center to form a hexagon shape.
