These Southwest Chicken Wraps are packed with bold flavor, fresh veggies, and creamy sauce—all wrapped in a soft tortilla for the perfect quick meal. They’re easy to customize, great for meal prep, and ready in under 30 minutes.
In a bowl, toss the chicken with chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat in a skillet with olive oil until warm and coated in seasoning.
Make the Southwest Sauce
In a small bowl, mix mayo or Greek yogurt, lime juice, taco seasoning, and cilantro. Add chipotle mayo if you want extra spice.
Prep the Wraps
Warm the tortillas briefly to make them easier to fold. Lay each tortilla flat and begin layering ingredients.
Assemble the Wraps
Add seasoned chicken, lettuce, corn, black beans, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and cheese. Drizzle with Southwest sauce.
Roll the Wraps
Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to seal the wrap.
Toast (Optional but recommended)
Toast each wrap in a skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and lightly crisp.
Serve
Slice in half and enjoy warm with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a fast shortcut.
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat.
For meal prep, store ingredients separately and assemble before eating.
