Instructions

Season the Chicken

  • In a bowl, toss the chicken with chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat in a skillet with olive oil until warm and coated in seasoning.

Make the Southwest Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix mayo or Greek yogurt, lime juice, taco seasoning, and cilantro. Add chipotle mayo if you want extra spice.

Prep the Wraps

  • Warm the tortillas briefly to make them easier to fold. Lay each tortilla flat and begin layering ingredients.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Add seasoned chicken, lettuce, corn, black beans, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and cheese. Drizzle with Southwest sauce.

Roll the Wraps

  • Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to seal the wrap.

Toast (Optional but recommended)

  • Toast each wrap in a skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and lightly crisp.

Serve

  • Slice in half and enjoy warm with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a fast shortcut.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat.
  • For meal prep, store ingredients separately and assemble before eating.
