Cook the Noodles

  • Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse lightly to prevent sticking. Set aside.

Cook the Chicken

  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  • Sear until golden and cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside.

Steam or Sauté the Broccoli

  • Add broccoli to the pan with a splash of water. Cover and steam for 2–3 minutes, or sauté until crisp-tender.

Make the Spicy Garlic Sauce

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour into the pan and let it simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened. Add broth as needed.

Combine Everything

  • Add the cooked noodles and chicken to the pan. Toss until the sauce coats everything evenly.

Serve

  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy warm!
