  • Pour the milk into the blender first to help the blades move smoothly.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract, then the banana and frozen strawberries.
  • Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter smoothie, and ice if you didn’t use a frozen banana.
  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed, until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust: add more milk if too thick or more frozen fruit if too thin. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • To make it extra creamy, freeze banana slices ahead of time.
  • For a vegan version, substitute dairy ingredients with plant-based alternatives and use maple syrup instead of honey.
