Prepare the Vegetables

  • While the chicken cooks, prepare the vegetables. Shred the lettuce, slice the cucumbers, shred the carrots, and chop the green onions.

Make the Optional Sauce

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and lime juice until smooth.
