Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice the slider rolls horizontally, keeping them connected if possible. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  • Evenly layer the turkey over the rolls.
  • Spoon cranberry sauce over the turkey and gently spread.
  • Add cheese slices in a single layer.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Avoid adding too much cranberry sauce to prevent soggy sliders.
  • Covering with foil first helps keep the turkey moist.
  • Let sliders rest briefly before cutting for cleaner slices.
