Cook the Burger Meat

  • Add ground beef and break apart with a spatula.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Stir in Worcestershire if using.
  • Cook until browned and juices evaporate, about 6–8 minutes.

Prep the Bowl

  • Divide lettuce or greens between serving bowls.
  • Add tomatoes, onions, pickles, cabbage, avocado, and cheese around the bowl.

Assemble

  • Spoon the hot cooked beef over the greens.
  • Add rice or cauliflower rice if desired.

Add the Sauce

  • Whisk all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle over each bowl, or serve on the side.

Serve
