Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works well
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley, cooked bacon bits, sautéed mushrooms Optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Assemble the Rolls:

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place 1-2 tablespoons of chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll up, tucking in the sides to seal.

Bake:

  • Arrange the filled rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, buffalo, or honey mustard.

Notes

  • You can prepare the rolls ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking.
  • Try adding cooked bacon, steamed broccoli, or sautéed vegetables to customize the filling.
  • Don’t overfill the rolls to prevent leaking during baking.
